Solheim (b. 1966) is Head of Section Military Leadership and Sports at the NDUC/Norwegian Defence Command and Staff College.

Solheim has among other things international experience from two operations - one in the Middle East (UNIFIL) and one in Africa (MINURCAT).

Hilde Solheim got her education from the University of Oslo, the Arctic University of Norway, Østfold University College and Dickinson College, PA (African Studies/Global Eastern Africa Studies).
