Petra Karlsen Stangvik

Stangvik is currently finishing her master’s degree in political science at the University of Oslo. Previously she has studied international politics and law at University of Amsterdam and St. Petersburg State University.

Prior to writing her master’s thesis, Stangvik has worked at the Norwegian Ministry of Defense in the Department for Security Policy and Operations (2021/2022) and with cybercrime at the National Cyber Crime Centre at the Norwegian National Criminal Investigation Service (NCIS). 

Stangvik’s master thesis concerns Swedish Nato-membership and focuses on external and internal drivers for the Swedish application.
