Our activities strengthen both the specialised capabilities of the Norwegian Cyber Defence and the Norwegian Armed Forces’ broader ability to understand and operate within the cyber domain in peace, crisis, and war.
Research and development in cyber security and cyber power support military cyber operations from multiple perspectives. This includes technology and its application; the use of the logical layer of the cyber domain at the tactical and operational levels; human factors at the tactical, joint operational, and strategic levels; and security and defence policy at the strategic level.
