Agnes Bamford

My research interests include international leadership, corporate strategy, entrepreneurship and intercultural communication. 

Current research projects focus on international naval collaboration between Norway and other NATO members. Previously, I researched the communication and implementation of global family policies in multinational corporations. 

I hold a PhD from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), a Master from the University of London, and am a graduate (Siviløkonom) from NHH. I also hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from University College London and am an accredited business and personal coach. 

My teaching philosophy emphasises active and experience-based learning, critical thinking, teamwork and reflection. I bring extensive international business experience to the classroom. 

My professional experience includes working in financial services in London for Bloomberg LP, serving as a board member of the Norwegian British Chamber of Commerce and running my own international business consultancy.
