Daria Hurova-Solheim

Daria Hurova-Solheim is research assistant at Institute for Defence Studies.  

She has a master's degree in social sciences with a specialization in international relations from Nord University (2024) and bachelor’s degree in Ukrainian philology from the Ivan Franko National University in Lviv, Ukraine (2015). Hurova-Solheim  was a master's scholarship student at the Norwegian Defence Command and Staff College.  

She was first affiliated with the Ukraine program at the Norwegian Defence Command and Staff College in June 2023. As a research assistant, Hurova-Solheim worked on projects on Ukrainian intelligence alerts, and civil-military cooperation in Ukraine during the war. She is now working on the research project on Russian intelligence in Ukraine.
