Håvard Rustad Markussen

Håvard is a PhD candidate in Political Science at the Swedish Defence University and a visiting research fellow at IFS. His research engages with the use of consumer technology for security purposes and more specifically examines the use of smartphones in security practices.

Håvard holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies from UiO, and master’s degrees in International Relations from the LSE and in Political Science from UiO.
