Johanne Andrea Morén is a major and lecturer in leadership and leadership development at the Norwegian Military Academy, Norwegian Defence University College, and an external PhD candidate at OsloMet.
Her research examines how resilience is understood, measured and developed in military education. Her interests include military psychology, leader development, mental health, stress and coping. She is also a qualified Gestalt coach and certified mindfulness instructor.
