Line Rønning is an associate professor at the Royal Norwegian Air Force Academy. She is the project manager for the project Collective Resilience, which aims to strengthen unit cohesion, team spirit, decisiveness, and psychological flexibility – key factors for national preparedness, operational readiness, and a sustainable organizational culture.
Rønning is a clinical psychologist and holds a PhD in psychology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
