Vilde Opdan Yttereng

(b. 1996) MA in Modern International and Transnational History from the University of Oslo (2020). BA in International Studies (2018). Practical Pedagogical Education (2021). 

Vilde Opdan Yttereng is a doctoral researcher at IFS since November 2024. Her research project examines Norwegian women’s participation in international military operations in the period 1947-2021. Yttereng has worked with veteran research since 2021 and is affiliated with the research programme on veterans at the Norwegian Institute for Defence Studies (IFS).
