(b. 1963). Ph.D. University of Roskilde (2000); M. Litt. University of Glasgow (1988).
Currently working on a project on the role played by parliaments in the aftermath of wars/expeditionary warfare in a select number of European countries. The key concept is accountability, in particular to what extent parliaments attempt to hold the governments accountable for the use of military means.
