Vivi Ringnes Berrefjord

Vivi Ringnes Berrefjord is head of Institute for defence studies Cyberprogram and a research fellow at the University of Oslo. Her PhD projects assess the intelligence potential of metadata and democracies’ digital surveillance of citizenry.

She is the editor of “Cyberpower – a cross disciplinary introduction” and work primarily with digital surveillance, commercial spyware, commercially sourced intelligence and military cyberpower and strategy.
