10.00–10.15 Introduction to the workshop
Introduction to the purpose of the workshop, expected outcomes, and the role of Day 2 in identifying the current state of the field and future research priorities.

10.15–10.30 Coffee break
Informal discussions and networking.

10.30-11.45 Break-out groups
Participants work in thematic groups to discuss the current state of knowledge, identify key knowledge gaps, explore methodological challenges, consider future research directions, and examine opportunities for Nordic collaboration.

11.45–12.15 Group reports and plenary discussion
Each group presents its main findings and recommendations, followed by questions, comments, and discussion across themes.

12.15–12.30 Workshop summary
Short summary and plan going forward.

12.30–13.30 Light lunch and departure
Informal networking and departure.
