15 March: Background briefing and interview opportunities with Vice Admiral Rune Andersen
As part of Exercise Cold Response 2026, the Norwegian Armed Forces invite media representatives in the Bardufoss area to a background briefing and interview opportunity with Vice Admiral Rune Andersen, Chief of the Norwegian Joint Headquarters (FOH).
Registration for this event is now closed.
During the background briefing, Vice Admiral Andersen will primarily address the following topics:
- Exercise Cold Response 2026
- The security situation in the High North from a military perspective
- NATO and the role of the Norwegian Joint Headquarters in the Arctic
Following the background briefing, media are welcome to ask questions. However, participating media outlets are requested to submit their preferred interview topics in advance.
One-on-one interview slots will be offered, with up to one hour allocated per media outlet, including background briefing, interview, and photo opportunity.
